Today there are number of organisations which exist to cater for retirement and pre-retirement. While these organisations do not form the core of the Blairs Pre Retirement Programme they nevertheless provide valuable information and advice.

These websites are being constantly updated and you should take some time to visit to consider whether they have any value for you, even after you have completed the BPRP you should keep in touch with these organisations.

Scottish Pre-Retirement Council was founded as an educational charity in 1958, with the objective of providing pre-retirement education to facilitate the change from working life to retirement. The SPRC provides Pre-Retirement Courses based in various Colleges of further Education in and around Glasgow. These courses consist of 3-one day sessions run on consecutive weeks.

Later Life Retirement Courses Laterlife is an organisation which provides courses on lifestyle issues and is aimed at helping you make the most of your retirement.

Grampian Pre-Retirement Council was formed to assist people nearing retirement to plan and prepare for one of the greatest and most significant life changes. GPRC courses aim to arm individuals with the necessary knowledge and information allowing the challenges of retirement to be confidently approached and overcome.
