Kenneth Kovacs: Customer Services Co-Ordinator

Kenneth coordinates in field activities and is your reference point at Blairs for any queries that may arise following the delivery of product to site. Kenneth also manages all enquiries relating to the purchase of supplementary ironmongery or materials. His after-sales support also involves working with Ian Patterson, Field Service Manager and our Technicians to ensure smooth in-field service operations.

Ian together with our team of Technicians is on call to address in service issues relating to product, function or specification. Ian works closely with Kenneth Kovacs in supporting Blairs product in service.
