In recent years Blairs has seen demand for its products soar, and has decided to install a range of new equipment to keep up with demand.

Blairs has built its reputation on blending skilled craftsmanship with technology to produce high volumes of complex products. The company enjoys an enviable reputation throughout the UK for its quality products, designed and manufactured in Greenock, Scotland.

Blairs has embarked upon a major investment plan, in three stages, through to Summer 2007, which will result in increasing the company's installed manufacturing capacity to 40,000 windows and doorsets, per annum.

The first stage of the programme was unveiled in January 2003 when local MSP Duncan McNeil, Chief Government Whip to the Scottish Parliament, visited Blairs, to "cut the ribbon" and start production on two new high tech production machines.
