HELIX ™ SASH & CASE WINDOWS
The Sash and Case Vertical Slider Window is probably the most recognisable window style in the UK. Georgian style and aesthetics are characteristics of the Sash and Case window, although they incorporate modern technology to meet the demands of the 21st Century.
The Sash and Case Vertical Slider is available in four variants; Box, Simplex, Spiral Balanced and Tilt and Slide. The Box and the Simplex are the most traditional style, utilising the weights and cords system, with the Simplex providing an easy clean system.
The Spiral Balance uses special springs which mimic the weights and cords without using the same amount of space. This means that the box is now replaced with a more modern casement. Undoubtedly the premium window in our range, the Sash and Case will lend its elegance to any modern or traditional building.
The Tilt and slide Sash and Case is the latest addittion to our window range. This product is similar to the spiral balanced window except that both sashes can be tilted inwards to facilitate easy cleaning. As such, this window is perfect for residential developments or tower blocks where outside cleaning could be a problem.
This variant is also available as Secured by Design as well as being certified to an extreme weather rating, using the patent pending "Blairs DwellZone Technology", which enables the window to withstand the highest levels of water and air pressure.
